Bushfires

Pictures of the damage at Chum Creek Primary School after the Bushfire, 2009.

On Saturday February 7th. 2009, Chum Creek Primary School was damaged in a severe bushfire. We lost our Art/Technology shed, our garden shed and equipment, a water tank, some playground equipment and our chooks in their shed. Luckily we lost none of our main classrooms. It could have been much worse.

Please excuse the quality of the pictures. They were taken with a mobile 'phone.

We are very grateful that we weren't as badly affected by the bushfires
as some other unfortunate people and schools.
